Your client is requesting you to repair their thermal or electric tool which is still under warranty. In partnership with GAMM VERT, SWAP offers you a turnkey solution to meet their needs.

Des forfaits de réparation fixes pour une offre transparente The prices of the services are set in advance based on the type of tool, according to a predetermined scale. They include only labor and allow your client to have an idea of the cost of the repair, regardless of the breakdown. The fixed fee will be supplemented by the cost of spare parts and the administrative and transportation participation fees (see the price scale below).

A smooth and responsible shopping journey The tool to be repaired is sent to an authorized SWAP station, which will carry out a fault diagnosis in a few days to determine whether the device is repairable or not, and to establish the list of necessary spare parts. SWAP will send you a quote including: the fixed repair fee, the list of spare parts, and the total amount of the quote, all without any additional re-entry work required from the store.

If the tool is not repairable or the customer does not wish to proceed with the repair, they will have to pay the diagnostic fee, unless they decide not to retrieve their tool. In this case, the diagnostic will not be charged and the tool will become the property of Swap to be refurbished and given a second life.

Step 1 - création de la demande

Complétez en 2 minutes le formulaire en ligne pour créer un dossier de réparation hors garantie : sélectionnez le type d’outil, sa marque, son modèle, décrivez la panne telle que présentée par votre client, renseignez le montant plafond auquel le client accepte de réparer le produit sans confirmation supplémentaire, indiquez le transport souhaité et les coordonnées de votre client.
Faites signer à votre client le bon de commande et imprimez le bordereau d'envoi à fixer sur l'appareil.

Step 2 - transport

You will receive a confirmation by email and in your 'ticket' interface, indicating the steps to follow for transporting the defective tool to the repair station Swap assigned to your store. For more information on the types of transport available, please refer to the 'transport' section below or contact us by phone.

Step 3 - diagnostic

Once the tool arrives at the repair station, our technicians diagnose the malfunction and list the necessary spare parts (if applicable). Swap prepares a ready-to-use quote that you can send directly to your client. The back of this document contains the general terms and conditions of sale for Gamm Vert for this service. If the amount of the quote is less than the ceiling amount provided by your client, Swap will automatically approve the quote.

Step 4 - acceptation du devis

If the estimate is lower than the ceiling amount specified by your client, the estimate will be automatically accepted. If the estimate exceeds the ceiling amount, present the estimate to the client: they decide whether to accept the estimate and have their tool repaired or to refuse the estimate and only pay for the diagnosis.
If the tool is not repairable or if they do not wish to proceed with the repair, your client can transfer their tool to Swap and the diagnostic fee will be waived.

Step 5 - repair certificate

Once the tool is repaired, it is delivered to the store for pickup by the customer (if transportation choice is not made by the store). A repair certificate is provided with a 6-month repair warranty.

Le transport

For the transport of tools (to be repaired and repaired), two transport options are available to you.
